RLJ Equity Partners & its portfolio company Immediaship acquired Third Coast Logistics, a freight brokerage out of Georgetown, TX.

Tenney Group served as the sell-side advisor to Rob & Natalie Skelton, the owners of Third Coast Logistics. The acquisition will add continued operational capabilities to the Immediaship platform and opportunities for the personnel at Third Coast Logistics.
