Wilson Logistics’ Western Operations Acquired by Ashley Furniture, Nation’s Largest Furniture Retailer. Tenney Group Advises.

Ashley Furniture has acquired assets from asset-based logistics provider Wilson Logistics. An affiliate of Ashley Distribution Services (ADS) inked the deal on December 27th. Terms of the financial transaction were not disclosed.
